1.5 oz Maror No. 3
2 oz Sparkling Midwestern Wine (Anything from Communion Wines is a winner)
1 oz ice-cold soda water
(Topo Chico or something similarly violent)Garnish: 1 lemon slice

Take a wine glass and fill it with ice. In order add: the Maror, the wine, and finally the soda water. Mix (if you want) by delicately lifting the ice up with a bar spoon. Slide the lemon wheel between the ice and the glass and enjoy!

1.5 oz Maror No. 3
2.5 oz Gin (Something straightforward)
4 drops 10% saline
4 drops orange bitters
Garnish: favorite pickled/cured vegetable or fruit

Combine the Maror, gin, saline, and bitters in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until properly diluted. Strain into coupe, garnish, and enjoy.

2 oz Maror No. 3
1 oz your favorite rye or high-rye bourbon
4 drops angostura bitters
Midwest-made cocktail cherry

Combine the Maror, rye, and bitters in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until just under diluted. Strain into a rocks glass, fill with ice, garnish, and enjoy.

1.5 oz Chilled Maror No. 3
1.5 oz Chilled Magnolia Liqueur
3-4 oz ice-cold soda water
(Topo Chico or something similarly violent)Garnish: Orange or lemon swath and/or 1 really high-quality olive

Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in the Maror and Magnolia, top with the soda water, use a barspoon to carefull incorporate, garnish and enjoy!
