The world is changing. Mashke will change with it.
I have many dreams: A completely green and sustainable facility in the heart of Chicago with space for production, a bar/coffee shop, space for the community to use, a place to teach. Maybe a farm within 100 miles of that space that uses closed-loop and other regenerative agriculture practices and supplies 100% of what the facility needs. Maybe a Mashke Northwest, Mashke Northeast, Mashke South, etc.—perhaps even in another country—with the same farms and ingredients native to those regions (I’ll probably be dead before any of that happens). I don’t know what the future holds or who will help shape Mashke, only that I want to be a part of it and to make both better for those who come next.
Right now, my hope is to bring you good juice, some official merch, and to find a business partner to start growing more sustainably.
