The world is changing. Mashke will change with it.

I have many dreams for Mashke: A completely green and sustainable facility in the heart of Chicago with space for production, a bar/coffee shop, rooms for the community to use, a place for education. A whole line of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and their N/A counterparts. Maybe a farm within 100 miles of that space that uses closed-loop and other regenerative agriculture practices and supplies 100% of what the facility needs, aside from what needs to be foraged. Maybe a Mashke Northwest, Mashke Northeast, Mashke South, etc.—perhaps even in another country—with the same farms and ingredients native to those regions (I’ll probably be dead before any of that happens). I don’t know what the future holds or who will help shape Mashke, only that I want to be a part of it and to make both better for those who come next.

Right now, I’m putting out some good juice, figuring out some merch (finally), and looking for a business partner to start growing more sustainably.
